Our Primary and Grade 1 Modern classes are perfect for young dancers aged 4 to 7 years. These classes introduce the foundations of modern dance, blending elements of jazz and contemporary movement in a fun and upbeat environment. Designed to nurture creativity, coordination, and confidence, these sessions follow the ISTD syllabus, providing optional opportunities to work towards graded exams.
What Happens in a Primary and Grade 1 Modern Class?
Each class is carefully planned to balance technical training with creative expression. During the sessions, dancers will:

Our Primary and Grade 1 Modern classes are designed to fit seamlessly into your family’s schedule, with multiple sessions available.
Students should wear comfortable dance attire, such as leggings and a fitted top, along with soft dance shoes or bare feet.
